Panic to calm
Today when I woke up I was really sleepy still so I started to panic about working out before work. Then I realized that yesterday I didn't work out till noon and today I'm only scheduled to work till 1pm so I'll just do it when I get home... now I feel the calm! I'm also concentrating on what I put in mouth so I started with 2 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee ( I know I should get down to one or even green tea) and then a blueberry pomegranate yogurt. Feeling pretty good! Go me!!!
