Today is a yoga day!

Today I woke up with a back ache, so I had my coffee and a chicken red pepper wrap and decided that yoga was my best bet to ease my pain but still getting a work out in. I started with standing poses and then worked my way down onto the mat. I worked up a sweat with this low impact work-out. Also my mood and back is more calm. I think I will finish up my house work and head out into the heat for a little walk or perhaps later I'll do another dance off in my living room. The possibilities are endless.
